Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ listens to our members and represents your interests on Capitol Hill. In 2025, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ PAC helped elect 200+ pro-construction candidates to Congress.

Be Heard

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is the only association inside Washington fighting for the interests of the entire construction community. Since 1918, we’ve relentlessly demonstrated the industry’s value and priorities to our elected officials. In addition, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ secured multiple wins out of the U.S. Supreme Court, led coalitions, and reviewed and shared input on proposed regulations making a significant impact on legislation. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ PAC set a new fundraising record, raising $1.27 million from 771 donors. The PAC supported 230 pro-construction candidates and 31 leadership PACs and committees. Among the 212 candidates who appeared on the November ballot—after accounting for 12 retirements and six primary losses—92 percent secured victory in their races and now serve in the 119th Congress. Meanwhile, the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Construction Advocacy Fund raised a record $1,216,204 from nearly 80 individuals, member companies, and Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Chapters. The CAF, as it is known, helps finance many of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ of America’s advocacy efforts, including our legislative, regulatory, judicial and workforce development initiatives.

More than 3,000 industry professionals have earned their CM-Lean or CM-BIM designation. In addition, Nearly 9,000 learners attended webinars and other courses and workshops in 2025.

Be Smarter

As a leader of industry best practices, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ offers numerous training programs and accredited credentials for professionals of all backgrounds and areas of expertise. Nearly 9,000 learners attended webinars and other courses and workshops in 2025. This includes PMC, AMP, safety courses, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Edge, access to foundation case studies, and credential prep courses. Participating in these Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Edge courses also provides construction professionals an opportunity to earn their CM-BIM and CM-Lean credentials. To date, more than 3,000 construction professionals have acquired those credentials, thanks in large part to the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Edge.

Workforce Development

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is actively involved in enhancing workforce development in the construction industry by modernizing recruitment strategies and retaining new workers as well as aiming to create more inclusive work environments and address workforce shortages.

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ has partnered with chapters across the country to reach potential workers and their caregivers to promote the benefits of careers in construction. In addition to recruiting for the industry, 1,000+ firms have taken Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s Culture of CARE pledge.
